Welcome to Street Smarts Quiz ("we", "us"). By using streetsmartquiz.com and the free quiz app (the "Service") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Street Smarts Quiz is a free, ad-supported educational quiz. We may add, change, or remove features, questions, or content at any time.

2. Accounts

You can create an account with your email to sync your quiz history. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity on your account. Please provide accurate information. Children under 13 should use the Service with a parent or guardian's involvement and permission.

3. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service: no attempts to disrupt or overload it, access other users' data, reverse engineer it for harmful purposes, scrape it at scale, or use it for anything unlawful. Do not click on ads deceptively or encourage others to do so.

4. Content and accuracy

Quiz questions and articles are written for general education and entertainment. We work hard to be accurate, but we do not guarantee that all content is complete or error-free. Articles on safety, health, or money are general information, not professional medical, legal, or financial advice. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.

5. Intellectual property

The questions, articles, design, and code are owned by Street Smarts Quiz. You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes and share links to it. Please do not copy or republish substantial parts without permission.

6. Advertising and third parties

The free version displays advertising, which may be provided by third parties such as Google AdSense. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content. See our Privacy Policy for how data and cookies are handled.

7. Street Smart Pro

Street Smart Pro is a separate paid, ad-free product with its own terms presented at purchase.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and can ask us to delete your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
